SpaRelax Co., Ltd. has its own limited warranty, which means you can rest easy with your spa investment, knowing you are going to be protected properly.
Spa Shell- SpaRelax Co., Ltd. warrants the spa shell to the customers against water loss due to structural failure for 5 years from the original date of manufacture.
Shell Surface- SpaRelax Co., Ltd. warrants the interior surface of the spa shell against blistering, cracking, or delaminating for 2 years from the original date of manufacture.
Plumbing- SpaRelax Co., Ltd. warrants the factory-installed plumbing components not to leak for a period of 18 months from the original date of manufacture. This warranty specifically covers leaks from jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints and hoses.
Equipment & Controls- SpaRelax Co., Ltd. warrants the electrical components, specifically the pumps, heater and control system, against malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the original date of manufacture.
Warranties for Other Components- Filter cartridges, light bulbs, cover locks, fuses, headrest pillows and cabinet finish are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and/or materials at the time of delivery only. The cabinet is warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the original date of manufacture. This limited warranty does not provide coverage for the layer of insulation or any item attached to or installed on the spa after the date of manufacture (including ozone systems) although they may be covered under other warranties.
