The automatic molding equipment----Our molding equipment could mould the swim spas from 3.8 meters to 8 meters in length and 2.25 meters to 2.4 meters in width, this could meet the different needs from our customers.
The fiberglass application robot----In order to ensure the quality of the finished spas stable, we have invested in this spray gun manipulator made with imported technology.
The drilling hole robot----Our drilling hole robot was developed by us in cooperation with the robot company. We are also the only factory in China that uses robotic equipment with visual recognition technology to perform SPA openings. The purpose of using this robot is to reduce the error in manual work, ensure that each nozzle hole is evenly positioned, and the installation is not easy to leak.
The automatic trimming machine---- This will keep the products not easy to deform and ensure that the trimming edge is smooth and smooth. Artificial production of burrs, cutting errors, unevenness. In order to improve product quality, automatic trimming is used. And we have the only large-scale swimming pool automatic turning machine are using in China. The whole process of traditional manual flipping is easy to deform or even bump, damaging the surface of the product, or causing injury to workers. In order to solve these problems, we have developed automatic inverter technology together with equipment companies.

All the functions above could be operated through the phone APP any time. (If there are multiple spas, they could be controlled and managed unitedly.)
Also, we are the first spa company in China who had the 3D design ability for the spas. We have the top design team who with the mature design skills in China. Customers can know what their customized products will look like before placing an order and building a mold. They can also put the 3D design online for pre-sale in advance. The dealer can promptly supply the buyer with the goods as soon as the mold is completed.
